To provide high quality safe sustainable services for people we care for.
Our vision is to work in partnership with our patients and staff to provide safe accessible primary care services working to local and national guidance, governance and regulations.

We provide both telephone and face to face consultation. Patients can request a consultation by either telephone, e-mails or online.
Prescriptions can be ordered either online, bringing request into surgery or via a chemist of the patient's choice.
To improve the access at the surgery and reduce the number of patients who do not attend their appointments (DNA) the surgery has implemented a follow up telephone call back service to all patients requesting reasons why they did not attend their appointment/s, you will also receive 3 letters (if there is 3 different occasions where you have failed to attend an appointment without cancelling it). After the 3rd letter you will be asked to find a new GP.
There are still pre-bookable appointments available at the discretion of the clinician.

Safeguarding in children and adults is very important to our surgery. With issues such as these, there has to be procedures carried out in order for this to be actioned appropriately.

Patients with particular needs
Our surgery is accessible to patients using a wheelchair. We also have parking spaces outside our practice which are reserved for patients displaying a disabled sticker.
We can arrange interpretation and translation services in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know if you need this service when booking an appointment.
