We provide both telephone and face to face consultation. Patients can request a consultation by either telephone, e-mails or online.

Prescriptions can be ordered either online, bringing request into surgery or via a chemist of the patient's choice.

To improve the access at the surgery and reduce the number of patients who do not attend their appointments (DNA) the surgery has implemented a follow up telephone call  back service to all patients  requesting reasons why they did not attend their appointment/s

There are still pre-bookable appointments available at the discretion of the clinician.
